I have TiltShift Gen and love it. This one piqued my interest and so I downloaded it. Nice job! There are things here that I wish TiltShift Gen had and so makes this one a must have for me. I like being able to adjust the shape of the focus and not be tied to just a perfect circle. Wish I could have a vignette and control over it. Also, to save a high resolution image hold the save button for a second or two then release. Youll get to choose what resolution youre saving in.

Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the inability to save in full resolution. It says it is supposed to but my images are not saving full size.

You need to rethink you icon. That will first bring peoples eyes to your application. In my opinion it is The 1 to purchase.

TiltShift is simply the best depth of field simulation app in the App Store. Its a must-have for iPhone photographers, casual and serious alike.

How to repeat: Tap camera icon Take photo Tap "Use" button Result: app freezes. If you leave app and enter into again, youll be shown start picture, then app crashes. 3GS + IOS 4.0.2

Love it!! Finally a blur that gives me easy control of placement. Ignore the negative comments...this app runs super on my iPod touch 4, altering downsized 21mp-(6mp) images from my dslr. Just two wishlist things...a radial blur that simulates my large format lenses from the 1800s and the ability to save presets:) thanks to the dev!! Also, I could really give a crap about an icon, as long as the app delivers the goods...and this one delivers!! A++++

This is a truly great app for anyone who love photography or just loves creating breathtaking photos. I just found this app randomly and noticed it was on sale and did some quick research and bought it immediately. It was also nice its on sale this weekend but either way I just had to have it. Using my huge library of photos I have already made some really great looking photos look 100 times better using this app. Even if you have a pretty boring photo this will make it look like the best photo you have ever taken. Im simply stunned at how well this works and how much fun Im having using this. Im really looking forward to some great updates in the future to make this even better than it is right now. I really hope they will make it so I can email photos and post them to my facebook profile because that would be so ideal and so crucial. Take my advice and try this out right now and you will love it as much or even more as I do.

Lacks intuition and ergonometric effectiveness- would benefit greatly from a quick general redesign in implementation and methodology. For instance, the fact one needs to continuously toggle between menu mode, which covers your screen, and adjustment mode and view mode is really a bore. More effects, like water color, film grain and less blocky and universal destruction in saturation and brightness modes would enhance the app. What it does do, allowing the iphoneagrapher to make poignant local adjustments, is fairly unique and quite artistic.

I have another tilt ap., but this one provides many more options. I am a photography student (MFA), and this has provided me yet another tool in which to jazz up my own photographs. Easy to use, creative...well worth the paltry price. :D

Unusable. Crashes when I try to save a photo. Not once, or twice - every time.

just downloaded app, was not able to get it to work. cust support was very responisve (+). informed me to restart phone. works fine now.

TiltShift creates compelling selective focus effects. Choose from linear or elliptical concentrations of the effect. Size and orientation of the effect can be adjusted with simple visual guides and dynamic previews. Two blurring algorithms and six aperture shapes (circular and hexagonal are most useful, the rest are gimmicky) give you substantial control over the quality of the blur effect. Strength and threshold are both adjustable. Color controls provide additional image enhancement capabilities, but these functions are often better performed with other apps. Are they convenience or clutter? Target the viewer’s eye to important information or draw it away from distractions. Make an image look and feel soft and dreamy.
